v1.1 - Wolf's Bark & Whimper

To make this easier to use with face tracking (or other avatar-parameter-heavy features), two variants have been added. The original with all features uses 35 bits, lighter versions are the Wolf's Bark (19 bits) and Wolf's Whimper (7 bits).
